Because most items are custom-produced, all sales are generally final once production begins.

Eligible Issues

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect item/color/size shipped against approved order
• Damaged items on arrival (reported promptly)

Not Eligible

• Customer-approved artwork, spelling, or design errors
• Normal print variation within industry tolerance
• Late change requests after production approval

Report issues within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos and order details.
