Because most items are custom-produced, all sales are generally final once production begins.
Eligible Issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect item/color/size shipped against approved order
- Damaged items on arrival (reported promptly)
Not Eligible
- Customer-approved artwork, spelling, or design errors
- Normal print variation within industry tolerance
- Late change requests after production approval
