End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the NL Custom Tees website, related quote tools, ordering workflows, and related digital services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.
License Grant
NL Custom Tees grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful business and personal ordering purposes.
Restrictions
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- You may not misuse the Service, including introducing malicious code or attempting unauthorized access.
- You may not use the Service in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Customer Content
You retain rights to artwork and other content you submit. By submitting content, you represent that you have all necessary rights and grant NL Custom Tees permission to use that content for quote preparation, proofing, production, and order fulfillment.
Ownership
The Service, including site design, text, graphics, software, and related intellectual property, remains the property of NL Custom Tees and its licensors.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NL Custom Tees is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if this Agreement is violated or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
